Daniela Estephanía Thomet (Medellín, Colombia, 1993) is a visual artist and interior designer based in Basel, Switzerland. Trained as a Technician in interior Design and Decoration at the Institución Universitaria Salazar y Herrera (2017), her practice moves fluidly between illustration, painting, graphic work, muralism, and small-format publications such as fanzines and short-form comics.

Her work is informed by a long-standing affinity with architecture and urban studies, which shape her interest in how bodies, stories, and images inhabit both public and domestic space. Throughout her trajectory, she has experimented with visual narratives, critical vignettes, and acidic, sometimes humorous, micro-stories that reflect on everyday life, displacement, and cultural tension.

Since relocating to Switzerland in 2020, she has developed a practice positioned at the intersection of manual and digital processes, exploring themes of migration, territory, nature, and motherhood. From Basel, she continues to build a body of work where transnational experience, personal memory, and the artistic lineage inherited from her father converge to question how one constructs a sense of place and belonging.
